Dubbed as the “Eternal City“, Rome is Wataniya Airways’ twelfth destination and the company’s third European city, following the launch of regular flights to Istanbul early May and Vienna at the beginning of June. The premium service carrier will run two weekly scheduled flights to Rome, on Mondays and Fridays. All flights will be from Wataniya Airways’ exclusive Sheikh Saad Terminal to Rome’s Leonardo da Vinci Fiumiciano Airport, with convenient daytime departures and arrivals.

Rome is one of the world’s most popular tourist cities. With its shops, restaurants and dedication to the arts, its rich cultural and architectural heritage stretching back three thousand years, its historic heart listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, and the Vatican Museums and the Colosseum, which are among the world’s 50 most visited tourist sites, the city has much to offer every visitor.

Rome is also extremely well connected to other European destinations, especially with the convenient arrival timing of Wataniya Airways’ flights.
