Angelina Jolie after spent several monthes in Venice for new movie The Tourist, fell in love with Italy and decide to spent more time there. Recently Angelina & Brad purchased a $40 million villa nearby in Verona in the hills of Valpolicella.
The most important villas in Italy have name and the name of that one – Villa Costanza.
The villa was build at the early seventeenth century and the name has origin of the owner Costanza Caldera of Bergamo, where since 1953 was established the religious institute le Pie Madri della Negrizia.
Villa Costanza extend sover 1,672 square meters of land, with 14 bedrooms, six bathrooms, a home cinema, two swimming pools, a gym, as well as a stable and vineyard.
The couple supposedly bought the mansion after looking at two other less expensive properties in the area, one priced at $13 million and the other $10 million. “They wanted something more exclusive and in record time to spend the summer vacation in Italy,” Alexander Proto of Alexander Proto Consulting.
